Thermography is the ideal tool for the detection of problems in high temperature refractory insulation systems in process furnaces, boilers, rotating kilns, combustion air headers, torpedo ladels and more.

The thermal images are used to analyse the thermal patterns and measure surface temperatures of the affected equipment. It is therefore possible to determine the condition of the refractory and take timely corrective measures, avoiding catastrophic and very costly failures.
